Are you one of those people who has never achieved the ideal eyebrow shape and don’t know why? Many women unintentionally make mistakes when removing their eyebrows, causing their eyebrow shape to collapse.
In this article, I’ll discuss common mistakes during eyebrow hair removal so that you can remove your eyebrows in the best way and avoid possible errors.
The most important mistakes in eyebrow removal:
Mistake No. 1: Forget that the eyebrows should be perfectly symmetrical because this is a misunderstanding and the eyebrows cannot be perfectly aligned under any circumstances. The more you try to make the eyebrows symmetrical, the thinner your eyebrows will be, so don’t be too sensitive. All experts repeat this slogan: eyebrows are sisters, not twins.
Mistake No. 2: Many women pluck their eyebrows before taking a bath, and this is completely wrong. It is better to remove the eyebrows after a hot bath because it will make you feel less pain.
Mistake No. 3: A common mistake many women make when removing their eyebrows is getting too close to the mirror. This will make you ignore the general shape of the eyebrows and pay attention to each individual hair.
Mistake No. 4: The next error is that people get used to plucking their eyebrows every day. Even if a hair is tiny, you should wait for the eyebrows to grow for at least two weeks and then start removing them. By removing hairs daily, we will never see the eyebrows orderly and clean since the hair root ready to come out will always be visible.
Mistake No. 5: Do not overwork the upper part of the eyebrows because removing the upper part of the eyebrows completely destroys the eyebrow pattern. When removing eyebrows, always try to fix and shape underneath the eyebrows.
- Never use eyebrow stencils.
- Do not over-arch the eyebrows.
- Disinfect the tweezers with alcohol.
- Do not use old tweezers.
- Remove the eyebrows every two or three weeks.
In general, the above are the most common mistakes, however, each eyebrow is different and changes according to the face of each person. Therefore, it is recommended to remove the eyebrows by drawing a line that starts from the inside part of the nostril. Here the hairs, depending on the physiognomy of the face, can be removed slightly more inside or outside. As for the body of the eyebrows, the initial part should be thicker, while the tail should be thinner than the same.
Furthermore, by combing the eyebrows upwards, we can cut the tips that visually come out of the structure of the eyebrows.
The skincare products we use daily to cleanse and care for the face should not be applied to the eyebrows because they cover the hair bulbs, do not let them breathe, dry them out and consequently, they fall out. Moreover, some elements contained in skincare can affect the pigment of the hairs, making them turn white more quickly. To clean the eyebrows just use a disc wet with water and then apply a natural oil.
To color the eyebrows or cover the gaps we have, one should use a colored pencil with a tip that is not too soft, but not too hard either. If it’s too soft, the product will cover the skin too much and by removing it, by force, we will cause the hair to fall out. While if the tip is too hard, we will remove the fluff which is the body of the eyebrows and which gives it depth.
Really small adjustments to use in everyday life are enough to have beautiful and thick eyebrows for life.
